Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Junior FX Partnerships Broker to join our Partnerships Sales team at Fintech-Rec Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the partnerships division with a focus on business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior brokers to manage partnerships and drive business development initiatives.
  • Assist in the identification of new partnership opportunities and execute strategies for growth.
  • Provide valuable insights and market updates to partners, fostering strong and enduring relationships.
  • Support in the coordination of partnership activities, ensuring seamless communication and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in FX sales or a related role.
  • Strong passion for the financial markets with a keen interest in FX and payments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
