Austen Place is a 56-apartment development designed for the over 70s, offering excellent on-site facilities and beautiful grounds.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality individual care to residents, enabling them to live later life well. They will deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.
Responsibilities will include supporting and encouraging residents to participate in various activities that promote their health and wellbeing. The Care and Support Professional will also assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits, as well as helping with their shopping.
The ideal candidate will be a warm and friendly individual with experience in a care or support environment. They will have a passion for making a difference in the wellbeing and happiness of older people and enjoy working as part of a team in a busy work setting.
