Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who can provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Night Room Service Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering food and beverage orders to guest rooms. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in a 5-star property (desired)
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • A great command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • A polite and professional attitude towards internal and external guests
