Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor to join our team at a multinational UK-based law firm. The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling high-profile and complex company failures and administrations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on contentious and non-contentious matters, debt restructuring, Section 110 demergers, security reviews, and advice to directors on their duties and procedural court applications.

The successful candidate will be expected to work with limited supervision but with the benefit of full administrative support. They will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling complex company failures and administrations
  • Working on contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Debt restructuring and Section 110 demergers
  • Security reviews and advice to directors
  • Procedural court applications

Requirements:

  • 6+ years post-qualification experience in a Restructuring and Insolvency team
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Strong legal and leadership skills
  • Professional and effective communication
