Multiskilled Handyman

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Maintenance Specialist to join our client's social housing repairs and maintenance team in the East Midlands.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied properties, with experience in carpentry, plastering, decorating, plumbing, and other general building works.

A recognised qualification in either Carpentry, Plumbing, or Plastering, such as NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds, is required. Previous experience working in social housing repairs and maintenance is also essential.

This is a long-term temporary contract with the potential for permanent employment following a successful temporary contract. The estimated salary for this role is £28,500 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
