Role Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Cover Supervisor. In this role, you will work alongside experienced educators to provide high-quality support to students in a secondary school setting.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience working in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can develop your skills and knowledge as a Trainee Cover Supervisor. You will be responsible for leading lessons, managing classroom behaviour, recording accurate registers, and providing a handover to the absent teacher.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about education, adaptable, flexible, motivated, confident, and organised. If you have a passion for supporting young people and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply. A degree or equivalent education and experience working with young people or a willingness to learn are essential.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer excellent daily rates of £100-£120 per day, paid using the PAYE system.
