Job Title: Senior Flat Roofing and Facades Project Manager

About the Role: Doufre Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our flat roofing and facades projects in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage multiple flat roofing and facade projects from inception to completion.
* Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
* Provide leadership and guidance to site teams, ensuring productivity and quality of work.
* Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
* Maintain strong communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management, specifically within the flat roofing and facades sector.
* Black CSCS Card
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate site teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are preferred.
