Are you ready to embark on a thrilling adventure and develop your skills in the great outdoors? Our Apprenticeship program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to succeed as an Outdoor Activity Instructor.

About the Role

As an Apprentice Outdoor Activity Instructor, you will be responsible for leading groups of children and young people on a range of outdoor activities, including team-building exercises, adventure games, and educational programs. You will work closely with our experienced instructors to develop your skills and knowledge, and will have the opportunity to gain industry-recognized qualifications.

What You'll Gain

What We're Looking For

We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are passionate about working with children and young people. You should be comfortable with heights, water, and outdoor activities, and be able to work as part of a team. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide full training and support.
