Salary

We are proud to offer a graduate starting salary of £34,895 per annum.

This is complemented by a range of benefits and rewards, including:

  • A £2,000 bonus upon joining

  • A £2,400 payment on successful completion of the programme
  • Up to £200 per month accommodation allowance during rotations

Job Description

As an Asset Integrity Specialist within our Graduate Programme, you'll have the opportunity to work across various projects within Interconnectors. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient, safe and reliable assets across our portfolio of Interconnectors.

You'll be involved in analysis of any faults that occur on our interconnector fleet, problem-solving during design phase with an engineering focus, and analysing technical documentation to make recommendations.

This role offers great exposure to construction activities and direct impact on asset management, design, operation and maintenance.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, candidates must have a minimum 2:2 in an engineering-related degree discipline. It doesn't matter when you graduated or if you are currently working towards your qualification.

You'll also need flexibility to travel within the role and throughout your rotations as required.

Due to the amount of travel to site locations, you'll need to have a valid full UK driving license.

Candidates must demonstrate they have the legal right to work in the UK for the duration of the graduate programme.
