As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of construction workers on a bridge replacement project
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and control the quality of work, ensuring that it meets the required standards
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of construction progress, including time sheets, quality control reports, and safety inspections
  • Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Gold/Black Supervisor ticket
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification
  • Preferebly has CPCS Slinger ticket and Cat & Genny
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor in the civil engineering industry
  • Background in civils
  • Full UK Driving Licence
