Fragrance Ambassador

As a Fragrance Ambassador at Jo Malone London, you will be the face of our brand, showcasing our exquisite fragrances and gifting solutions to customers from across the globe. With a passion for fragrance and a 'can-do' attitude, you will provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, ensuring that each customer has a unique and memorable in-store experience.

In this role, you will work as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of our fragrances, becoming a true connoisseur of our brand.

We are looking for an ambitious self-starter who is passionate about the Retail Beauty Industry and has a flexible availability across days/hours. If you are a team player with a friendly and approachable attitude, we want to hear from you.
