About the Role:

The Residential Property department of our well-established client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal to provide administrative and legal support. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and completion of residential property transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing and sending correspondence, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Legal Support: Assist in the preparation and completion of residential property transactions, including drafting and reviewing documents, and conducting research.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, responding to their queries and providing updates on the progress of their transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure the smooth completion of transactions, and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a conveyancing or residential property role.
  • Qualifications: A-levels or equivalent in a relevant subject, or a degree in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
