Urban Planner

We are seeking a skilled Planning Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in the Planning Applications Team, utilizing a minimum of 18 months experience in planning.
• Contribute to the development of planning applications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives, working from home with occasional office attendance and site visits.

Requirements:

• Hold an RTPI accredited postgraduate degree or equivalent.
• Be eligible for Membership of RTPI or RICS (Planning and Development).
• Demonstrate evidence of relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
