Project Architect Opportunity at Good Design & Build

We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to join our team at Good Design & Build, a design and build studio based in Chiswick. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions for home extensions and loft conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their design requirements
  • Design and develop innovative solutions for home extensions and loft conversions
  • Prepare planning drawings and technical drawings for submission
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • Experience in designing home extensions and submitting planning applications
  • Knowledge of planning policies and design access statements
  • Proficiency in CAD software and design tools (AutoCAD and Sketch-up are essential)
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
