Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crime Prevention Specialist to join our team at Service Care Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with individuals on probation to address negative behavior patterns.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of offender needs and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Evaluate and manage the risk of harm posed by individuals, ensuring effective case management.
  • Maintain accurate case records and deliver accredited programs to support rehabilitation.
  • Facilitate learning events and provide guidance and support to staff members.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in community justice, with a Probation Qualification Framework Graduate Diploma or Honours Degree in Community Justice. A minimum of 5 years' experience working for a recognised probation services provider is required, along with expertise in evidence-based practice and risk/needs assessment.

A competitive salary of £22,440 (PAYE) / £26,450 (Umbrella rate) is offered for this role, reflecting the importance of this position in supporting our mission to reduce crime and improve community outcomes.
