Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

At Navro, we're building the world's first regulated payments curation layer. Our platform and services need to be available when customers want to use them, which is where you come in.

We're looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team. As an SDET, you'll be central to defining and executing our automation testing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute automation testing strategy
  • Mentor and guide team members in testing methodologies and best practices
  • Develop and maintain automated tests for our platform and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies in software testing

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide team members
  • Strong programming skills with a solid knowledge of Java and ideally JS
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies like Behavior-Driven Development and testing principles
  • Practical experience with Contract Testing using Pact
  • Familiarity with performance & load testing tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
