About Us

Bluebird Care is a national home care provider, but our office is locally owned and run separately from other branches. We believe that every individual deserves to receive high-quality care and support in their own home.

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Live-in Care Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and their families.

As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing companionship and support to our customers, including:

  • Living with our customer in their home for a defined period of time
  • Assisting with personal care duties, such as bathing and dressing
  • Administering medication as required
  • Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
  • Providing companionship and engaging in activities with our customers
  • Shopping and domestic tasks around the home
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have the right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot provide sponsorship)
  • No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided
  • Speak excellent English
  • Be aged 18 or over
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle are desirable but not essential
