Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse by providing support for the operational team.
  • To ensure operational queries are dealt with promptly and any serious issues are escalated.
  • To maintain effective communication between warehouse, transport, administrative, and maintenance functions.
  • To understand and comply with Health & Safety legislative requirements in warehouse and transport operations.

Requirements:

  • Competent user of the Microsoft Package, specifically Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Experience using DLX and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative to organize your workload.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
