Cera Care offers an exciting opportunity for a part-time or full-time Care Assistant in Amesbury. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in transforming social care and enabling individuals to live longer, healthier lives in their own homes.

Our ideal candidate is a kind and empathetic individual who possesses excellent communication skills. You will be supporting clients with daily tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and domestic chores. Your responsibilities may also include cooking meals, providing companionship, and promoting independence.

We require a driving license and access to a vehicle for work. Our flexible approach allows for varied shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights, with every other weekend off for work-life balance.

The estimated salary for this position is £16.50 per hour (enhanced bank holiday rate) with opportunities for guaranteed hours, paid mileage, and comprehensive training. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including enhanced maternity leave, a pension scheme, free DBS/PVG checks, and access to our wellbeing support program.
