We are looking for an experienced and accomplished Chef to lead our kitchen team at beBee Professionals in Hamilton, United Kingdom.

Salary and Benefits Package:

  • The estimated annual salary for this position is £32,000 - £42,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement new menu items, considering seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
  2. Develop and maintain a positive and productive kitchen culture, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  3. Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve kitchen operations and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Food Safety certification (Level 2 or higher preferred).
