About the Role:
The Safety Engineering Expert will be responsible for assessing and mitigating risks associated with automotive hardware components, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO26262.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough technical assessments of automotive hardware components, including microcontrollers (MCU), system-on-chip (SoC), analog components, and power systems.
- Provide independent safety analysis for hardware products, focusing on their ability to withstand and operate safely in the presence of random hardware faults.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop robust hardware components that meet or exceed safety requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate safety analysis results and recommendations.
Qualifications and Attributes:
