Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Professional to join our team at Payman Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are maintained and presented to the highest standard possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To conduct regular inspections of properties to identify areas for improvement.
  • To develop and implement plans to address any issues identified during inspections.
  • To collaborate closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance Personnel to ensure that all properties are well-maintained.
  • To provide basic housekeeping duties including replacing linens, changing and arranging towels, emptying trash, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and rearranging rooms after guest check-out.
  • To clean rooms and public areas, including vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, cleaning glass and windows, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets.
  • To transport dirty linens to the correct areas for cleaning and restock areas with clean linens.
  • To maintain gardens and paved areas/slabs in a tidy and clean condition at all times.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
