We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neighbourhood Manager to join our team at Deverell Smith. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the Relationship Manager team and ensuring that our residents have an exceptional living experience.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Oversee the performance of our portfolio, ensuring that all aspects of property management are met, including safety, compliance, and value retention.
- Team Development: Build and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction.
- Customer Experience: Resolve escalated issues, lead quality audits, and ensure that our residents receive top-tier service.
- Community Engagement: Plan and deliver local events and initiatives that foster strong community ties and a sense of belonging among our residents.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee marketing and leasing strategies to drive business growth.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with commercial operators, estate management, and retail teams to create a vibrant and thriving neighbourhood.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on resident satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of compliance, health and safety, and property maintenance regulations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related systems, such as Yardi/RentCafe.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders.
