Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Excelcare Holdings in Milton Keynes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing physical, emotional, and social support to our residents.

About the Role:

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with mealtimes, personal care, and completing documentation. You will also engage in meaningful activities with our residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00 - £12.40, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Two 48-hour and one 24-hour position available
  • Day or night shifts from 8am - 8pm/8pm - 8am, Monday - Sunday

We are looking for someone with a caring and kind approach, who is willing to work with older people. If you have experience in a care environment, either in a care home or as a home care worker, that would be ideal. However, we are open to applications from individuals who are passionate about providing excellent care and support.
