Key Responsibilities- Protect and enhance the reputation of the company, customers, products, and systems through best practices.
- Inspect ongoing and installed projects for specification compliance, ensuring high-quality results.
- Monitor purchasing to ensure system components are procured through Soltherm, maintaining our high standards.
- Deliver contractor training programs in both classroom and practical settings, empowering our partners to excel.
- Build and manage customer relationships on-site, providing exceptional support and assistance to our commercial teams.
- Address daily onsite enquiries for product, technical, and system information, demonstrating your expertise.
- Provide specification, technical, and application advice for complex construction projects, showcasing your knowledge.
- Attend project design meetings and pre-start site meetings with main contractors, architects, and sub-contractors, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Handle physically demanding tasks, work in all weather conditions, at height, and travel between sites, including possible overnight stays, demonstrating your adaptability.
- Provide technical support in Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man, expanding our reach.
- Plasterer/render applicator to trade with a minimum 3 years' experience, bringing your expertise to our team.
- Conduct technical site visits, meticulously inspecting ongoing and completed projects for adherence to specifications, upholding our standards.
- Train contractors in the proper application and performance of Soltherm products, both in the classroom and hands-on, empowering our partners.
- Partner with clients and contractors, attending pre-start meetings and design discussions to offer technical guidance, ensuring successful projects.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate, minimising rework and ensuring customer satisfaction, demonstrating your problem-solving skills.
