Role Summary:

The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, handling logistics, and collaborating with the Contracts Manager and Projects Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinating plant hire, material orders, and hotel bookings.
  • Organisation: Ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy, up-to-date on MOTs and servicing, and producing weekly wage sheets and daily travel times.
  • Training: Organising training for all staff, including safety and technical training.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy office environment, be proficient in Microsoft software, especially Excel, and have a background in administration in the construction industry.
