Job Overview:

As a Haematological Chemotherapy Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering specialist homecare chemotherapy treatments to patients across a regional area. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and provide holistic support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments in patients' homes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to support treatment and recovery.
  • Maintain accurate records of clinical data and report adverse drug events via the correct protocol.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.

Salary and Benefits:
