Pertemps Bond is a well-established company based in Redditch. As a key player in the industry, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join our experienced team.

Job Overview
We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, customer awareness, and the ability to respond with empathy. The successful candidate will be responsible for making daily outbound calls to ensure coordination with customers and installers during installations. They will also receive phone calls from customers, answering general enquiries and complaints, and liaise with Project Managers to ensure work is completed on time. Additional responsibilities include logging service calls and issues accurately in the CRM system, updating systems and reports, and monitoring the status of all installs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to customers and installers to ensure effective coordination during installations.
- Respond to customer phone calls, addressing general enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Liaise with Project Managers to guarantee timely completion of work.
- Accurately log service calls and issues in the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of system updates and reports.
- Monitor and track the status of all installations.
- Ensure remedials are completed to customer satisfaction before signing off jobs.

Skill Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Excellent communication engagement skills with a caring and empathetic approach.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages and Outlook.
- Experience dealing with customer complaints effectively.
