Manager and Training Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Training Team Manager to lead our team of Trainers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality training courses across multiple locations, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve this goal.
- Leadership: Lead a team of Trainers, motivating and developing them to achieve exceptional results.
- Training Delivery: Ensure the effective delivery of both workplace and community training courses, meeting the required standards.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with community and workplace customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £57,000 per annum, depending on experience. Enjoy up to 38 days holiday per year, inclusive of bank holidays, increasing to 45 days over 5 years.
