This role will oversee the hands-on management and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the hands-on production of high-quality commercial video content.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Junior Producers and Video Editors, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Video and other stakeholders to align production with strategic goals.
  • Maintain high standards of video production, ensuring all content is engaging, meets brand values and client expectations.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in all aspects of video production, with a strong portfolio of previous commercial projects.
  • A proven track record in effective management of a creative video team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with other Adobe Suite apps such as After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills, with previous experience managing a team of producers.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
