Job Title: Bank Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team at Wellington Care. As a Bank Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and improve their mental health and wellbeing.

About the Role:

  • Provide support and care to clients in their own homes or in our community settings
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Support clients to access local services and activities, promoting their social inclusion and engagement
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a care or support role, preferably in a community setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Knowledge of mental health and wellbeing principles and practices
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
