SEND Teaching Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and passionate SEND teaching specialists to support individuals or whole classrooms in Specialist Schools across East Sussex. This is a competitive, full-time position with a permanent contract.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. If you are committed to delivering high-quality education and care, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
- Assisting classroom teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Developing individualized learning plans for students
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Education or related field
- Experience working with students with SEND
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
