Key Responsibilities:
- Account for and manage technicians' time when working on jobs.
- Ensure job card write-up compliance with OEM warranty procedures.
- Manage and improve workshop productivity by allocating jobs to skilled technicians.
- Identify technician training needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a service department in the motor industry.
- Excellent understanding of systems and processes in this environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety.
- Confident in dealing with people at all levels.
