About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part Time Team Member at our Nythfa Country House. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare guest rooms and public areas to a high standard
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests feel welcome and cared for
  • Assist with the delivery of Afternoon Tea and other hospitality services
  • Prepare picnic lunches for guests
  • Work as part of a team to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests
Requirements
  • Experience in hospitality or a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be flexible with working hours
