Job Title: Corporate Planning Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to lead the development and implementation of our contract lifecycle management process. The successful candidate will create and gain consensus on the business case, build a detailed program plan, and partner across Legal, Sourcing, Operations, Compliance, Tech Risk, and other functions to drive consensus and champion the vision for the program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a contract repository, leveraging standard templates/clause libraries to streamline contract negotiation and execution.
  • Utilize inbuilt AI tools to abstract key information for risk assessment and commitment management across third-party vendors.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain value and achieve Corporate Planning & Management's objectives and key results.
  • Own product strategy for our Contract Lifecycle Management Product, primarily driving the platform strategy of iCertis, and partnering across products to enrich data and deliver a seamless product experience.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience in Source to Pay, Program Management, Operations, or similar.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale platform deployment projects in Professional Services space.
  • Strong integration experience with other modules within SAP (Ariba, S4 HANA, Guided Buying, Concur).
  • Knowledge of Agile change management and platforms like JIRA and Confluence or similar.
