**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team at OCS Group as a Multi Skilled Officer. This dynamic role requires a unique blend of security and cleaning expertise to ensure the safety and security of our customers, retailers, and staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct regular patrols to maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of the site.
  • Advise retailers on management regulations and best practices.
  • Respond to incidents and situations that arise within the centre, utilizing effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Perform daily general cleaning tasks to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Participate in statutory Fire, Health, and Safety training and adhere to all rules and regulations.
  • Assist in evacuations and provide First Aid as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
  • Door Supervisor SIA license is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness to perform duties described.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
