We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Executive to join our team at Lloyd Recruitment - East Grinstead. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute marketing plans, with support from the Head of Marketing.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end event campaign execution, including planning, copy, creative production, implementation, and performance tracking.
  • Leverage various marketing channels, predominantly email marketing, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and partnerships.
  • Create diverse content, including videography, photography, graphics, and live marketing content creation during events.
  • Ensure the website is up-to-date with logos, speakers' details, and general event content.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to support delivery of partner marketing initiatives.
  • Research and report on competitor/market trends.
  • Process and manage data within CRM and email marketing platforms.
  • Support research and insight projects related to customer experience or brand development.
  • Develop on-site marketing assets, including print/digital graphics and digital screens.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience in events marketing (exhibitions).
  • GCSE or equivalent - English and Mathematics at grade B/7 or above.
  • Level 4 or above business or marketing qualification (preferred).
  • Keen interest in the review and interpretation of marketing analytics.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good understanding of email marketing tools.
