{"Key Responsibilities": "

As a key member of the Guidant Global team, you will provide administrative support to the Head of MFTS, Senior Managers, and Management Assistant to ensure the smooth operation of the management team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating training requirements for AHUK personnel with internal and external training providers
  • Maintaining accurate timekeeping records for the AHUK engineering and commercial teams
  • Effectively managing and maintaining workwear and PPE orders and issue in conjunction with the Health, Safety & Environment Advisor
  • Processing purchase orders, requisitions, and vendor approval forms
  • Diary management and room bookings for internal and external users
  • Maintaining stocks of office supplies and reordering in a timely manner
  • Processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Managing incoming post, correspondence, and telephone calls
  • Processing visitor forms for all staff and AHUK visitors to RAF Shawbury
  • Monitoring and managing access for all employees and visitors within the Airbus facility
  • Liaising with other departments at all levels within the company
  • Providing additional administrative support for the MFTS team as required

Requirements:

  • IT skills in word and data processing, email management, and digital file storage
  • Knowledge and understanding of office procedures and terminology
  • High standards of spoken and written English, including spelling and punctuation
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly and professional manner
  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy for reporting and business correspondence
  • Organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
  • Focus and attention to detail
  • A 'can-do' attitude and commitment to getting the job done accurately and on time
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Desirable Skills:

  • A basic understanding of accounting practices
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace suite of business applications
  • Experience of SAP database software

Additional Requirements:

  • Basic Security Clearance is required for this position due to MoD Security requirements
  • Must have a Full UK driving License and a vehicle available for work purposes
  • Hours of work: up to 37.5 hours per week. Part-time hours will be considered. The role is office-based in Shawbury.
