As a Vice Manager at Halfords, you will work alongside the Centre Manager to provide productive management and leadership, driving profitability with a firm focus on the customer's journey. You will divide your time between the workshop, working alongside technicians, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.
This role is ideal for individuals who have had previous hands-on experience as a mechanic and are passionate about customer experience. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, helping to drive business performance and contribute to the success of the company.
