Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fawema Machine Operator to join our team at Virani Food Products Limited.

About the Role:

As a Fawema Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating the Fawema and ZGZ production line, setting up the line to run different pack sizes, and ensuring proper line clearance at the end of each run or batch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the Fawema and ZGZ production line to meet planned volume and targets.
  • Set up the line to run different pack sizes, including 500g, 1kg, and 2kg packs.
  • Perform machine changeovers from one product to another.
  • Ensure all product/batch is cleared from the end of line prior to the start of the next product/batch.
  • Have an understanding of product specifications and ensure specs are available.
  • Support the team in implementing and improving procedures and processes to ensure required standards of work are met.
  • Provide recommendations to the training function for all line operators.
  • Promote a positive mindset and teamwork.
