Multiskilled Carpenter

We are currently recruiting for a permanent Multiskilled Carpenter to work in the West Midlands region. This role involves working in housing and making a real difference.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Carpentry repairs, including diagnosis of work problems, and possess a wide range of multi-skilling abilities in other trades such as plumbing, wall tiling, decorating, plastering, bricklaying, fencing, slabbing, and roofing.

1. Carrying out repairs in a social housing setting relating to residential properties, public buildings, and commercial properties.
2. Maintaining health and safety best practices and procedures within a maintenance environment.
3. Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.

Salary: £35,000 per annum.

• A Craft City & Guilds or S/NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Proven ability in all aspects of Carpentry and associated skills.
