We are seeking an experienced pharmacy professional to join our team as a Duty Pharmacy Manager at Tesco Pharmacies. As a leader in the pharmacy team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and services.

You will be responsible for leading, training, and developing colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and healthcare advice. Your Responsibilities- Leading the Pharmacy Team: You will lead the pharmacy team, ensuring that all patients receive excellent care and support. This includes supervising pharmacists, providing guidance and mentorship, and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
- Healthcare Advice and Services: You will provide healthcare advice and services to customers, including supplying prescriptions, delivering NHS and private services, and supporting the management of long-term conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: You will work closely with primary care networks, GPs' surgeries, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care delivery.
- Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
