We're seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform Trainer to join our team at Liberty Global. As a key member of our Shared Service Centre in Bradford, you'll play a crucial role in driving digital transformation across our organization.

Our partnership with Microsoft has enabled us to build a Citizen Developer program, empowering business professionals to create low-code solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. As a Power Platform Trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering coaching and training to our teams, helping them to harness the full potential of PowerBI and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement bespoke Power Platform training programs for our Finance teams
  • Create a comprehensive playbook for Modern Finance, leveraging community knowledge and best practices
  • Drive adoption and support of Power Platform across Liberty Global, fostering a community of users and champions

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a SaaS trainer with a solid understanding of PowerBI and Power Automate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective coaching and training
  • Knowledge of communication strategies and standard methodologies to facilitate intra-company collaboration
  • Ability to analyze training needs and create customized plans based on organizational goals and individual needs
