Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an Aveda Aesthetic Specialist - Holistic Beauty Ambassador. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our high-performing team, creating impact with in-store events, Aveda Services, and ensuring the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising.



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, ensuring each customer has a unique and memorable experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create and execute in-store events, promotions, and visual merchandising displays.
  • Ensure the store meets our high standards of visual merchandising, maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

Estimated Salary: £10.50 - £12.50 per hour

Based on the location and industry standards, the estimated salary for this role is £10.50 - £12.50 per hour. This is a competitive salary, and we offer a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.

This role is based at our Brent Cross store, with a flexible schedule and variable shifts. We are looking for someone who is able to work across days/hours and is willing to be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
