Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ICT Teacher to join our team as Head of Department in a school based in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and leading, and be able to motivate and inspire our students with social and emotional mental health needs.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for KS3 and KS4 students.
- Lead and manage a team of teachers and support staff.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to support students with SEND.

Requirements:
- QTS in ICT.
- 6 months of teaching experience.
- 3 months of supporting/teaching children with SEND.
- A passion for teaching and a desire to make a difference.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
