We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to fill the role of Grounds and Cleaning Personnel at Mount Charles.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and maintaining all outdoor areas, including gardens, walkways, and parking lots
  • Operating various equipment, such as lawn mowers and pressure washers
  • Assisting with special projects and events as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compensation:

  • £20,000 - £23,000 per annum
  • 25 days' annual leave (plus bank holidays)
