We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Town Planner to join our client's dynamic team in Shrewsbury. As a Town Planner, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the urban environment and improving the quality of life for residents in this vibrant city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to support planning projects, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare comprehensive planning reports, assessments, and recommendations that meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in town planning, with a strong understanding of planning regulations and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in GIS and other planning software, with a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
