About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team at Uxbridge College. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our attendance data is compliant with College policy and funding agency requirements.
You will work closely with our Schools and curriculum areas to co-ordinate all aspects of register data capture, monitor the quality of data, and resolve queries relating to College registers. Your attention to detail and ability to work flexibly will be essential in ensuring the College is prepared for audit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate register data capture and ensure data quality
- Monitor and resolve queries relating to College registers
- Work closely with Schools and curriculum areas to ensure compliance with College policy and funding agency requirements
- Prepare the College for audit by ensuring all necessary data is accurate and up-to-date
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong administrative skills, including experience of working with databases and Microsoft Office software
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexibly and on your own initiative
- Pro-active and organized approach to work
