AML Solicitor

WLS Solicitors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team in Malvern. As a key member of our Conveyancing team, you will be responsible for leading a team, providing guidance, and helping to develop the department further. You will have a keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to provide support and training to other members of the team. You will also need to be confident communicating verbally and in writing with a variety of clients and businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership skills, be able to work well within a team as well as independently, and have a good level of knowledge and experience in Conveyancing. You will be responsible for overseeing ongoing Conveyancing matters, assisting with file management, and working with other Conveyancers and Secretaries to ensure the progression of matters. You will also be required to help with Business Development, including establishing and building relationships with third parties and attending networking events. The salary for this role is £55,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, together with the opportunity of additional bonuses and commission. This means you could be earning up to £75,000 to £80,000 per annum in total. The Conveyancing team enjoys a high volume and variety of instructions from both clients and businesses. As well as Conveyancing, we also deal with Lending and could develop this area further if interest is shown by the candidate. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, and the ability to commute or relocate to Malvern, Worcestershire is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Conveyancing and be able to demonstrate a good level of knowledge and leadership skills.
