Job Title: Qualified Social Worker - Children with Disabilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities team in Enfield. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting disabled children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with disabled children, their families, and carers.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support and services.
  • Experience of working in a Short Breaks environment is highly desirable.
Requirements:
  • Registered Social Worker with the UK's Social Work England (SWE) registration.
  • Minimum 1 year of post-qualifying experience in the UK Social Care industry.
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB clearance (we can assist with the application process).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
